Abstract
The article links the Kantorowicz's aesthetic and political sovereignty of the artist in the emblematic tradition since Alciato to the role of contemporary influencers. The analysis of an episode of Kurosawa's film Dreams dedicated to van Gogh, compared to Ferragni’s photo in the recent visit at the Uffizi Museum, is an occasion to analyze the aesthetic–political nature of the image and the role of myth in communication processes. The article opposes the not–theologized view of perspective according to Panofsky to Arasse’s reading. The continuity between letter and spirit, four senses of the Scripture, and perspective, indicates how the normativity of the image persists in the designing of the Italian playhouse and the movie theater all the way to social networksFile | Dimensione | Formato | |
