Allargare lo sguardo. Elementi per una prospettiva estetico-interculturale nella teoria globale delle fonti religiose

This article proposes an aesthetic-legal reading of positivism based on the Hobbesian distinction between command and counsel, in order to identify how a complex reading of the phenomenon of globalization (Sloterdijk, Lindhal) can help in the reconfiguration of the theory of religious sources of law. The aim is to widen the gaze of the philosophy of law to include an intercultural direction, including in the analysis of the legal phenomenon religious sources such as revelation, which are relevant for understanding the theory of law and its evolution.
